Late July
Fall semester bills generated and available in student portal. Full fee payment schedule and deferred payment plan dates are listed on the Student Accounts website.
New students: You won't receive your registration bill until after you have completed orientation.

Late August
Fall semester 2022 classes begin. A late enrollment fee of $100 is assessed for students enrolling on or after this date.
Financial aid disbursement begins*.

October 1
Apply for next school year's financial aid by completing the FAFSA at fafsa.gov.
Second payment plan installment for fall semester due.

November 1
Third payment plan installment for fall semester due.

Mid-November
Full fee payment schedule and deferred payment plan dates are listed on the Controller's Office website.

December 1
Fourth payment plan installment due date for fall semester due.

 
Mid-December
Spring semester bills generated and available in student portal. Last day of fall semester classes and exams.

Beginning January 1
Make sure you have completed the FAFSA for next school year at fafsa.gov.

Early January
Spring semester classes begin. A late enrollment fee of $100 is assessed for students enrolling on or after this date.
Financial aid disbursement begins*.

February 1
Professional Judgment Application priority processing ends for current aid year.
Professional Judgment Application opens for future aid year.
Second payment plan installment for spring semester due.

April 1
Fourth payment plan installment for spring semester due.

Mid-April
Summer semester bills generated and available in student portal. 
Full fee payment schedule and deferred payment plan dates are listed on the Controller's Office website.

Mid-May through Mid-August
Summer session 2022 classes held.

*Once financial aid disbursement begins, it can take 24-48 hours before funds are reflected on a student's bill. Excess financial aid is refunded by Student Accounts according to their refund schedule.
