FAQ

How long do I have before I need to begin repaying my student loans?

Federal loans have a 6 month grace period after graduation. You will begin receiving information from a federal loan servicer about repayment during that time. To determine who your loan servicer is go to www.nslds.ed.gov.

Loan servicers can be very helpful in determining which repayment plan works best for you. We recommend that you visit http://studentaid.ed.gov/ to learn more about each repayment option and loan forgiveness, then contacting your servicer to set up your chosen repayment plan.
