Stafford student loans, both subsidized and unsubsidized, are the loans that most students rely on to fund their education if they choose to borrow. A small number of students will borrow Federal Perkins Loans and/or private student loans in addition to the Stafford loans. Only Stafford loan amounts are included in this chart.
