This form will give new, dependent, in-state or out of state freshmen an idea of the financial aid they might expect for the 2011-2012 aid year.

If you have already completed the 2011-2012 FAFSA and know your EFC (Expected Family Contribution) and your parental income, your results will be more accurate.

If you do not know your EFC, we can estimate it based on information you provide on the next page of this form.

You can apply for aid by filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at fafsa.gov. If you have already filed the FAFSA but don't remember your EFC and/or parental income you can look them up at the same site. You will need your Social Security Number and your PIN to file or to retrieve your FAFSA information. To retrieve your information, after logging on select "View and Print your Student Aid Report" in the righthand column.
